The Rt. Rev'd Dom Hervé Courau, Abbat of Notre Dame de Triors, has authorised Watershed to post the Community's Gregorian chant recordings on our sites. For this gracious permission, sincere thanks to Father Abbat, also in the name of all those chanters who will profit from studying these beautiful sung prayers of the Church.

Whenever you see "trior" as part of the filename on JoguesChant or GoupilChant, know that this audio file is a precious gift from this young and thriving Community which has recorded the Proper chants for the entire liturgical year.

Some of our audio recordings have been provided by Corpus Christi Watershed and others are courtesy of the Church Music Association of America.

These latter files were transferred from old LP records and come through beautifully (despite the "scratchy-but-quaint" record needle). They were recorded by Dom Gajard and the Monastery of Solesmes. Although these recordings are not able to be purchased in the United States, various other CD recordings of the Solesmes monks can be purchased by visiting Paraclete Press. Various other Mp3's are provided for purposes of practice, to help those who are not familiar with chant notation.
